By accessing the Site or by utilizing any of the services, products, or features appearing on the Site; corresponding via e-mail; posting on or reading bulletin boards; participating in chat rooms, contests or other features; subscribing to QBR Online™ Newsletter(s) or requesting other information be e-mailed to you; utilizing QBR Online™ online shopping services; listening to and/or downloading and/or uploading audio files; viewing and or/downloading and/or uploading graphics, text, multimedia files or webcasts (collectively, the "Site Features"), you hereby accept our Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the Site Terms of Use (alternatively, the "Agreement") set forth below.

QBR Online™ respects your privacy. All personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, credit card information or email address will be kept private by QBR Online™. We will only collect personally identifiable information that you knowingly and voluntarily submit. QBR Online™ may collect such information to provide you with requested information or Site Features to allow you to send us email or for billing purposes. Subject to the paragraph below, QBR Online™ will not transfer your personally identifiable information to a third party without your express approval. In order to improve our Site Features and the Site, we may internally utilize the aggregate statistics of personally identifiable information.
